Who We Are

TRATAX is a consulting company specializing in taxation being founded in 2013. TRATAX advises Fortune 500 companies as well as SMEs across diverse industries. TRATAX is listed as Recommended Firm 2024 by World Tax.

In 2017, TRATAX joined the Tier 1 global tax network, WTS Global. In addition to the being the network’s exclusive firm for Malaysia, representatives from Malaysia have also acted as the co-chair for the International Tax Global Service Line (GSL)’s Asia Pacific region.

Representatives of the company have held key positions at various tax and related institutions namely International Fiscal Association (IFA), Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (CTIM), Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Key personnel of the company have also authored books on Malaysian taxation and contributed in Malaysian chapter of reputable international tax publications. Representatives of the company also been interviewed by various media, including BFM Radio, BERNAMA TV, RTM 2, the Star and the Sun, and have presented in a variety of contemporary tax topics in forums and conferences both in Malaysia and internationally. Our executive directors and senior advisors comprise of licensed tax agents, experienced professionals, authors, speakers and champions in their respective fields, including having held senior positions in government.
