Suhashiny is a graduate of Monash University and subsequently completed her ACCA qualification at Sunway University. She is a Tax Certainty & Controversy Executive at TRATAX, where she works with Malaysia-based clients on a wide range of tax matters, with a particular focus on tax audits, investigations, and dispute resolution.

Professional Experience

• Assisting clients on tax audit, investigation, and controversy matters, including managing engagements with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) and responding to audit queries and findings.
• Supporting the team on tax dispute resolution and tax proceedings matters before the Special Commissioners of Income Tax (SCIT), including preparation of case materials, issue analyses, and supporting documentation.
• Preparing analyses and providing technical support for tax audits and advisory engagements, including the review of financial data, identification of key tax risk areas and analysis of financial information to support tax positions.
• Assisting the team in industry and market research to support audit and tax certainty engagements, providing insights and analysis for a range of clients across different sectors
